Withdrawal of Manuscript

Authors are strongly discouraged from withdrawing submitted or published manuscripts, except in cases involving compelling and justifiable reasons. Withdrawal of a manuscript represents a significant waste of time and resources, including the efforts of editors, peer reviewers, and the publisher.

Withdrawal of Submitted Manuscripts

If an author still wishes to withdraw a manuscript after submission, the following procedure must be followed:

  1. The author must submit a formal “Article Withdrawal Form” explaining the reasons for the withdrawal request.

  2. All authors must sign the form, or at a minimum, by the corresponding author on behalf of all co-authors.

  3. The editorial office will review the request, and authors must not assume withdrawal is granted until they receive an official confirmation.

To request the Article Withdrawal Form, please get in touch with the editorial office at:

We kindly ask authors to carefully consider their decision before submitting a manuscript to ensure responsible participation in scholarly communication.
